"I have never had someone so unwilling to help from an insurance agent other than Jaque Price. My elderly mother had to file a claim and was frustrated with the process. I took over and it literally took me threatening a lawyer for the claim to be resolved. When I told Kent if I have to get a lawyer I will, his response was okay. I even emailed him to get a copy of the final claim letter (which I know they have on email as my niece is a State Farm Agent in another state), and he said he could not find it. Called claims they sent it right over. My mom has had State farm since before I was born (50 plus years) in the last four years she has been treated horribly by them. Time to find a new and reputable agent. To your Response I do not know if it is Kent responding but I have sent a total of 2 individual emails to Kent directly and he was on an email stream with 16 emails to me, the State Farm Adjuster the HOA President and the HOA Insurance which he responded to and we have a text stream where Kent has sent me 4 texts and 5 phone calls all of which is in a file for legal purposes. So for you to insinuate that there was no contact is preposterous, and only goes to prove my point."
